Update 2/26/12

Update on Fitness Goals:
*run 1000 miles in 2012. As of Friday I have run 29.3/1000
*lose 30 lbs. As of Wednesday I am down 8.4 lbs

This week's schedule:
Monday - run 3 miles + training
Tuesday - kickboxing
Wednesday - run 5 miles + yoga
Thursday - training
Friday - run 3 miles
Saturday - kickboxing
Sunday - run 4 miles ?

Weight loss goal: 2 lbs
Running: 10 miles
